the gossip queen of our hostel! he always like to be well informed about what is going on where.. a great friend of mine who makes you feel really relaxed around him and you can always look to him for comfort because he always has one answer, that it will be ok..:) this guy just cant live without nasha(he needs it to keep thinking straight) and he is typically one of those personalities that people find in the movies..yet he does work towards success and despite the odds does find ways for himself. he's also definitely one guy who doesnt know what a conscience means because he's too busy chilling out to realize it! stay cool jyo!

a true engineer... one person i can vouch for who has lived these four years as an engineer.... be it his room setup,his appearance or approach, jyoti sir is the ENGINEER... the most pragmatic person ever walked in uiet... jyoti sir knows his strengths and weaknesses and that makes him what he is... i would wish him luck for his future endeavors, i know he doesnt need luck cause he has plenty of it(just kidding!!!)....love ya sir.... make it big in life, i know u will....
well this is a very difficult task to write about jyotir because if i am writing about him some how i am writing about myself & seriously i mean it mann, the kind of chemistry i had with this guy frankly speaking i never had it before with anyone. this was so amazing that a guy from calcutta and a guy from gwalior altoghether from different states had the same thinking and not only in one aspect infact everywhere be it studies, be it personal interests, be it professionalism bla bla……
well rather than going in to this stuff anymore I want to recollect some memories, which I will remember through out my life.
1) muslim wala prank 2) those night walks in first year ( career talks and all) 3) vaishno devi trip 4) our tenure in IEEE 5) my different names 6) Bengali marathi bhai bhai :D 7) My placement days
Well there are loadz of other incidents but for writing about them I need a separate blog.
Let me try to brief all the incidents that I mentioned above
1) this prank was awesome, I seriously trusted this guy that he is a muslim but mannnnnn this guy was really a SRK in disguise, I never got a clue that he was fooling me the way you guys opened up the secret, that was I awesome I must say!! Although I got angry that time but today those memories are really sweet.
2) Well we were famous for thing , if you remember every night me n jyoti used to go for walk, and can you imagine at what time?? 2 in the night :D just to discuss careertalks..we were so much career focused na!! :P
3) Well this is my bad luck that we never gone for the trip together after that trip, but that was the awesome trip do you remember all that emotional drama before ticket booking, and then ccd wala prank with our dearest senior.
4) Although I knew this guy very well but IEEE tenure was the time when I actually came to know about this guy, some guys believe in showing that they are doing sth and some just believe in showing results well our dear jyoti come in to the second category you give him the deadline for ex give him 3 days, ask him on 3rd day morning have you completed the job he will say NO!! a big NO!! but god knows how he manage he will complete it atleast an hour before the deadline. awesome talent, and seriously working with him was a great fun I seriously learnt a lot with you!!
5) Saaaaaleeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Dnt even think like I cnt give names but you no I am not interested in it… well jokes apart I really like those names now…
6) Hey DADA this is our point Bengali marathi bhai bhai it’s a real fun seriously to support each other pata nahi I just found out very interesting every time whenever we did this thing.
7) Well this was the time which I can never forget through out my life time, I got my first job just because of you thanks buddy, rest about those days I dnt want to mention here but the kind of support you provided frankly speaking I never expected thanks again.
I listed these events just to recollect the old memories and whenever you will feel low in your life just read out this blog and I am sure there will be a smile on your face, and that’s wat I want.
Well about jyoti he is a career oriented guy, very sharp, knows how to confuse people if he cant convince, and very caring for his friends at the same time, perfect janani, least hardworking, a perfect funmaker.
Well as a gud friend and and as a marathi brother dude I have an advice for you be more focused and be a little more serious as life gonna be tough ahead

jyoti babu is real bengali babu.. extremely talented.. u can see him roaming here and there in hostel.. classes mein kam hi dikhta hai aur jab ata hai to class ka poora chakar lagar fir bethta hai.. but he is awesome.. sabse alag hai.. very interested in presenting papers and have very good comm. skills.. he is destined to rise in life thats for sure.. well manali bhi chala gya ye to kuch paane ke liye.. best of luck dear..!
hello dada.kemenacho..he is the most famous personality of hostel 1. hostel ke guards ke saath bhi eski jaan pehchaan hai..hstl mein kahin par bhi koi prank chal raha ho..jyo is the mastermind.. even class mein bhi he is among d famous personalities, although he is nt a regular visitor to class.. ganguly ka bhaut bada fan hai, nd uski tarah batting bhi karta hai...bus bowl touch nahi kar pata..bt bowling achi kar leta hai..like ganguly... nd esse foreign jane ka bhi shauk rakhte hain.. week mein 2 3 trips to laga hi lete hain.. nd hw cn i forget ...a great dancer...even michael jackson darr jaye in frnt of him... nd kisi ka bhi dance copy kar sakta hai...the only person he is emotional abt is SRK..tats it...

Hello Mr. Joi Moi or Bengali Babu.... a rarely seen miracle in class. my friend from the time even when he had not shifted to the electrical branch. "A beautiful mind", he is very much involved in extra curriculars activities and enjoys doing the stuff ahead of the league. Deadlinese aren't meant for him, he will always get them extended but will definitely show u the best. I enjoyed evey bit of time spent with you be it in class room, our rooms, sector 24, shake shop or PGI. in these four years i have learned a lot with you and shared a lot of moments to cherish ..... Jyoti is a filth ridden ,lousy and a "sick" b******* (would this get censored!?). one of the sharpest brains one would come across, he can finish of things in two hours which can take 5 hours for all the lesser mortals. has an altogether different philosophy on life and all good things in life! he would never feel low (always on a high!). Jyo, JB, Dada, Banerjee... I TOTALLY CRACK UP imagining OUR WORLD if he was called any of that... but as everyone and especially he, grudgingly, knows that despite his best efforts - NOONE(underlined) called him any of that(except in his fantasy Jyotham City). What stuck and will remain till we all rest in peace is this ultra feminine, 1960's bollywood hero's-chastity-vowing-soon-to-be-raped-sister's name which is arguably the most frequently uttered name in all of UIET..... JYOTI. Despite having an anthrax facility in his hostel room and enough cavities in his teeth to make my dentist girlfriend a millionaire... no one can be as lovable, adorable, sweet, cute, (add other saccharine injected adjectives here)... and steadfast as a FRIEND as him. Gosh.. I was one step away from turning gay for him... but that would've meant a 'relationship' rather than friendship... and we all know which of the two is a pain in the as*! Let me tell all you 'ENGINEERS'(Btw, rolling on the floor laughing my as* off!!)... this guy unlike almost everyone I've met here has broken all the boundaries and limitations of thought which impede most of us and MARK MY WORDS, he would quietly, slowly, almost inconspicuously capture the world with his work. His strength is his ability to work in a train wreck situation... that is, his crisis management is as good as the government of India sucks at it. He always unfailingly manages to pull out a rabbit from every hat.
After reaching the depths of spirits, the highs of spirits, taking blessings of the holy smoke, and taking off on our flights of fancy from block 3 time and time again... what I've shared with him are easily the most intellectually and humorously orgasmic experiences of my life.
Something which we're soooo good at and love like nothing else in the world is BITCHING. Hehe.. if there is anything wrong it is because of ... yep u guessed it... someone else!! Hedonism... (Jyoti... look up the meaning ok bro?) is ingrained in us to a large extent... but like other things... we just manage to escape addiction!
Now onto FLESH... of any sort... the biggest bribe anyone can give us... And I'm not talking about Flesh like a cheap don in a cheap gangster movie... We specialize in the purest form of sin... gluttony of flesh... and MARK MY WORDS... we've never shared our half of the dish... that is against the unspoken code of law... even if we were suffering from the loosies.. we can't think of letting go of our share... that would mean risking our trust.. And talking of loosies... reminds me of other passions this guy has... but i'm rather tired now.
He is perhaps one of the only guy who truthfully believes that I have anything in me. And seriously I won't let him down. Period.
I'd let you decide who I am... Hint - We have both been stung in the as* by he same wasp (with facial hair!)
